Large Moulding Capacity Over 20 machines ranging from 25-600 tonne provide substantial and flexible capacity for short, medium and large batch or continuous production. All machines and assembly equipment are linked to a real time computer system to increase moulding efficiency, maximize output and thus reduce component cost.
A number of machines are fast cycling and extensive use is made of in-line automated product assembly, enabling us to handle very large contracts calling for 10s of millions of assembled components per annum |
